An Exeter homeowner needed access steps built from their new patio level down to the lower garden, with a safety handrail for an elderly family member. Andy re-laid the paving, built brick step risers, and installed a powder-coated steel handrail securely anchored into the structure.
The steps were built to a comfortable rise and tread dimension and the handrail was positioned for easy grip at all heights. The brick risers were finished to match the existing garden walls, and all paving was laid on a proper mortar bed for long-term stability. The finished result is both practical and neat.
